How do I complete e-KYC verification?
To complete e-KYC verification:
- Open the TasHeel app and go to the Verification section
- Scan the front and back of your Omani National ID or Residence Card
- Take a live selfie for facial recognition matching
- Review and accept the terms and conditions

Is opening an account free?
Yes, we don’t take any fees for opening an account.

How do I know my Payment Plan?
Before you pay your first payment the system will show the payment plan with the due dates.
How to pay my installments?
The system will charge you automatically once the installment is due, just make sure that you have sufficient amount.
Can I pay my installment earlier?
Yes you can, go to your profile and make the payment.
What would happen if you did not pay my installment?
Please make sure that you are paying on time!! The system will block your account and will charge you extra amount, in addition to that the company will start taking legal action as per the rules.
Is TasHeel Shariya complaint?
Yes, TasHeel is Shariya compliant and have been approved by the Shariya Board. You can find the certificate here.
