Services Provided
Tasheel FS offers travel booking services with an option to finance the cost through our “Travel Now, Pay Later” program. Specific terms of the financing agreement will be provided at the time of booking.
Eligibility
Clients must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Omani law to utilize our services.
Booking and Payment Terms
- Booking: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking.
- Payment Plans: Clients opting for the “Travel Now, Pay Later” service agree to the payment schedule outlined in their financing agreement.
- Late Payments: Late or missed payments may incur additional fees and could affect the client’s credit rating.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Client Cancellations: Must be made in writing. Refund eligibility and amounts depend on the timing of the cancellation and the terms of the specific travel service booked.
- Company Cancellations: The Company reserves the right to cancel bookings under certain circumstances. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or an alternative arrangement.
Use of Client Information
The Company is committed to protecting client privacy. Personal information will be used solely for booking and financing purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Ensuring the accuracy of personal information provided.
- Adhering to the payment schedule agreed upon.
- Obtaining necessary travel documents, such as passports and visas.
- Complying with the terms and conditions of third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels).
Limitation of Liability
Tasheel FS is not liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
- Actions or omissions of third-party service providers.
- Any loss resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Omani courts.
Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website.
